Initial Assessment
We focus on building rapport and gaining a clear understanding of strengths, challenges, and priorities to guide next steps.
Feedback and Goal-Setting
We’ll share our findings with you and work together to set meaningful, achievable goals based on what matters most to you.
Support Plan
Together, we’ll determine the best support approaches, time frames, and session frequency based on individual needs and goals.
This may include 1:1 therapy, off-site visits, parent or family training, small group programs, or resource packs.
Review the Plan
We’ll regularly check in on progress and adjust the plan as needed to keep it relevant, effective, and aligned with your goals.
