Originally from Galway, Ireland, I’m a Senior Speech Pathologist with 10 years of experience supporting children and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. I completed my Speech and Language Therapy degree in 2016 and a Master’s in Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) in 2020. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across clinics, homes, schools, Special Development Schools (SDS), community settings, NDIS services and aged care, including supporting people with intellectual disability.
I enjoy working with people across the lifespan in areas such as language and understanding difficulties, speech sound disorders, fluency, social communication, voice, aphasia, dysarthria and swallowing difficulties. I have a particular interest in early intervention, speech sound disorders, voice therapy (including LSVT), and supporting adults with communication and swallowing difficulties.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, exploring Australia, discovering new food spots, and spending time with family and friends.
