Abigael

Occupational Therapist

Abi brings warmth, compassion, and genuine care into her OT practice. She believes therapy should be neuroaffirming and child-led — meeting each child where they are, and creating sessions that are engaging, meaningful, and fun for them. She values the importance of being seen and heard, and carries that same respect into every interaction.

Abi values a collaborative, client-centred approach, listening and working closely with families and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys staying active through yoga, pilates, the gym, or even a simple walk outdoors — activities that keep her grounded and mindful of the things she’s grateful for. She also sends a special shoutout to her beloved dog, Jabi, who is back home in the Philippines 🇵🇭 and forever close to her heart. 🐾
