Amber is a provisional psychologist currently pursuing a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University. She is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential by supporting their mental and social wellbeing, while fostering self-confidence and self-esteem. With experience administering evidence-based psychological assessments, including cognitive assessments, Amber is also trained in therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
While she is passionate about working with individuals of all ages, Amber has over nine years of experience working with children and adolescents in mentoring and school settings. She has supported young people in developing the skills needed to manage their mental health and navigate relationships. What Amber enjoys most about working with children and adolescents is discovering their unique personalities, strengths, and talents.
Outside of their professional work, Amber enjoys spending time with friends over coffee, exploring new cuisines, reading, and playing music.
