Psychologist | Educational and Developmental Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor

Caity is a dedicated Educational and Developmental Psychologist who brings both experience and empathy to her work across educational, community, and private practice settings. Her goal is to inspire self-belief in her clients, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. She is committed to providing neuro-affirming support, creating a safe space for clients to express their true, authentic selves.

She supports clients in ongoing therapy using approaches like ACT, DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness. Her practice is neuro-affirmative, trauma-informed, gender-diversity-affirmative, and rooted in the Social Model of Disability (with the Medical Model applied when necessary for reports). Caity has experience working with clients of all ages, from children to adults, and specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals (with a focus on PDA and female presentations of autism), school can’t, trauma presentations, emotional and behavioural regulation, OCD, anxiety management, and overall wellbeing.

Caity is also skilled in conducting assessments in areas such as cognitive, academic, adaptive functioning, developmental, and phonological processing. She enjoys facilitating social support groups to help individuals build meaningful connections.

Collaboration with individuals and their families is at the core of Caity’s approach. She tailors interventions to meet each person’s unique needs, with a strong focus on client-centred, evidence-based practices. Caity values the expertise of clients as the experts in their own lives and ensures that their values are central to any recommendations or support provided.

Outside of work, Caity enjoys spending time at the beach, buying more plants than her house has space for, and playing fetch with her cat Earl Grey.
