Clare is a Speech Pathologist and Team Leader at Peninsula Plus, bringing over a decade of experience spanning clinical practice and educational leadership. Originally trained at La Trobe University, Clare worked as a clinician before moving into progressive leadership roles within the Victorian Department of Education, where she developed a deep appreciation for the systems and supports that help children thrive.

Returning to the allied health space, Clare is passionate about the school-aged years — a time when the right support can make a real difference to a child’s confidence, communication, and connection at school and beyond.

Outside of work, Clare can be found singing, gardening, and keeping up with her two young daughters. She loves spending time with friends and family, and music remains a constant source of joy in her life.
