Education and Training

Our Inclusion Support Workers undergo relevant education and training prior to working with our clients to ensure they can provide the best care possible. This includes:

  • Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Our Support Workers have completed a recognised education program (usually Certificate III or IV in Disability Support) that covers essential topics related to disability support, communication, and person-centered care. We also train Allied Health students to provide disability/inclusion support.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification: They are trained in essential first aid and CPR techniques to respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Police Checks: Our Support Workers undergo thorough background checks to ensure they are trustworthy and safe caregivers.
  • Training and Development: Our team participates in a thorough orientation program to understand and uphold best practices in disability/inclusion support right from the start. In addition, we provide Support Workers access to ongoing training and development.
