our approach
Support Work the Pen Plus way means:
- Supporting, Not Doing: Empowering clients to take control of their lives by guiding and assisting them rather than completing tasks for them.
- Goal-Focused, Intentional Care: Every interaction aligns with the client’s personal goals and aspirations.
- Skilled & Supported Staff: Our team receives thorough training and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care.
We tailor our support to meet each individual’s unique needs, creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for clients and their families.

Goal Setting
A personalised support plan is created with the family, focused on building independence and inclusion.
Implementation
The Support Worker provides regular, intentional support across agreed areas, including personal care, community participation, and therapy goal practice.
Regular Feedback
Support Workers document progress and share updates with clients, families, and allied health professionals (with consent).
Review and Adjustment
We regularly review and refine the support plan to meet the client’s evolving needs and goals.
