Julie is a caring and experienced speech therapist with over 30 years’ working in the field. She has a background in working with children and adults with Learning Disabilities and enjoys working with early years and school-aged children and their families.

Julie has a special interest in play-based and creative learning, including drawing and writing and has a gentle and fun style with children. She uses key word sign and visuals including iPads and games to help children communicate.

Julie has a diploma in Journalism, specialising in Disabilities and has a Masters degree in Healthcare and Rehabilitation Counselling.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog.
