Vicky is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with experience across private practice and school settings. She has a strong interest in administering psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions with children and families.

Vicky has a particular passion for neurodevelopmental assessment, including autism, ADHD, and learning differences such as dyslexia, as she values the way assessment can support individuals to better understand themselves in a neuroaffirming way. Her approach emphasises understanding individual differences, identifying strengths, and clarifying what supports may be most helpful across environments.

Vicky is also committed to supporting colleagues through supervision, providing a reflective, collaborative, and supportive space that fosters professional growth and confidence.

Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending time with her friends and family, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her cat, Greg.
